How long will my order take to be mailed out?

For ready stocks order, we will mail out your parcel within 1-3 working days after your payment being verified.

Backorder will be mailed around backorder’s ETA (estimated time of arrival) which are stated in every product detail.

An email with tracking info will be sent to you once your item has been shipped.
Delivery is carried out during working days, Monday to Friday, excluding weekends and local public holidays. 

How long will my parcel take to reach me after being mailed out? 

For all Malaysia orders, all items will be mailed out by using mail which takes 1-3 working days to reach.

For international order, all order will be mailed by using Ninja Van, SF and ARAMEX. The delivery time needed depends on the destination country. You may refer to the table below for the delivery time. 

Are there any additional cost for re-delivery?

Yes, additional postage fee will be collected for re-delivery if the parcel is bounced back to us.

All parcels need to be signed upon receipt. Please track your parcel with the provided tracking number once it being mailed from us. You may arrange for re-delivery with the shipping company or self-collect at the allocated post office if the postman attempt delivery unsuccessfully. All parcels will be returned to us if it being unattended in post office after 5 working days. 

What is the shipping cost within Malaysia / Singapore?

  MALAYSIA
GARMENTS & PRODUCTS : FREE DELIVERY Shipping for all orders above RM 200
For orders below RM 200, shipping fee is charged at flat rate basis:
- RM9/West Malaysia ( 2-5 days )
- RM12/East Malaysia ( 5-7days )

  SINGAPORE
GARMENTS : FREE DELIVERY Shipping for all orders above RM 1000
For orders below RM1,000, the shipping fee is charged at rate basis:
- RM 50 onwards ( 5-7days ) for garments

KEEEP PRODUCTS :  Is not available for FREE SHIPPING because in accordance with the guidelines set forth by Singaporean authorities, we must engage a courier service specializing in the transportation of sensitive products for our shipment.
For order Keeep Products
- 1kg RM 75  / additional 1kg RM 10.80 ( 5-7days ) for products

*All shipping fee will be charged in Ringgit Malaysia (RM), the actual currency rate will be depend on your credit card issued bank.

Will I be charged on import duty?

For international order, shipping fee paid during checkout process is not included any custom charge / import duty. Import duty and custom taxes might be charged when it reaches destination country but this is totally beyond our control.

Our courier partner will get in touch with you if there is any duty / taxes to be paid.

Do you provide COD/Self Collection?

- We do not provide COD
